I moved here from the southwest side of Chicago in '03. Nashville drivers are, indeed, dickwads. My father says, though, that Florida drivers are even worse. He "winters" in Port St. Lucie, FL every year and has driven a few million miles in his lifetime, so I respect his opinion. The childish driving behavior here, though, alarms me. I've either witnessed or been victimized by road ragers more frequently in my five years here than in 25 years of driving all over Chicago. Amazing. The people down here are unbelievably stupid. I was especially relieved to see that someone else (esp. a female) hates talking on the phone. There are only two or three people I'll call back as well. 127 lbs. for 5'8" seems just about right. Either that, or I need to lose 30 lbs.....Living in Murfreesboro (been here for 2.5 years) has been...interesting. I've lived all over the southeast (FL, NC, GA, AL, KY) and I've never had such a hard time making friends. Although, my inner hermit seems to be growing as I get older. Maybe that's it.
